Transparency and rigorous monitoring are the basis for a microfinance institution’s performance. That is why DID encourages its partners to adopt the DECISION system that includes all the performance indicators that are essential for managers of financial institutions.
These indicators enable ongoing monitoring of our partners’ progress towards financial self-sufficiency, efficiency and deployment of services offered. They also make it possible to compare their results with industry standards.
DID partners share their results on a quarterly basis. Partner results can be consulted in the DID Partner Performance Report. Each quarter, the results are analyzed and commented on in the Trends and Performance newsletter of DID.
For an overview of the most recent results from our partners, consult the results summary. The averages presented are in Canadian dollars (for financial data) and are weighted in function of the partner institutions size.
