Long-term postings abroad

The individuals working in foreign countries are indispensable for organizations such as DID. The candidates sought are self-sufficient, creative and capable of adapting and sharing their expertise. They also participate in defining and implementing international cooperation programs in addition to collaborating on project planning, organization, start-up and management.

DID professionals posted abroad are also called on to participate in developing new conceptual frameworks and refining new tools and approaches in their fields of specialty.

Project Director

Project directors have ten years of experience in financial institutions. This experience has enabled them to develop skills in terms of planning, management and development of banking institutions at strategic levels.

Advisor

Advisors posted abroad have five to seven years of experience in designing and managing financial products and services in the banking sector.

Centre, Patrick Cyr, advisor for credit and operations management with the SACCOS (local financial cooperatives) in Tanzania, an English-speaking country in East Africa (2004-2007).


For these types of positions, foreign work experience and mastery of the local language are considered major advantages.
